Valerie Neave ACA specialises in advising small businesses. She has 11 years experience as an insolvency practitioner. Before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and then specialising in insolvency at Grant Thornton, Valerie owned and managed several small businesses, so has first hand experience of negotiating businesses through both good times and bad. She has a valuable insight into how and why businesses fail so she can advise business owners on how to survive times of trouble. She understands the pressures business owners face, can communicate with them on their wavelength and can empathise when they are under the strain of financial problems.

Valerie is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England and Wales in the United Kingdom.
