Rupert Mullins TD FIPA has been in the insolvency profession for 30 years and has worked on some of the largest, and smallest, assignments in the UK. Starting with Thomson McLintock (now KPMG) in London, he moved to Bristol in 1990, where he set up the BDO Binder Hamlyn South West insolvency practice.

His experience has given him much commercial expertise in saving troubled businesses. He has worked closely with the majority of the major banking groups in the UK.

He is the firm's representative on the Charity Commission Interim Managers Panel, the GWE Business West Professional Advice Service Panel and advisor to a number of other local organisations.

He is also involved in the voluntary sector, is past chairman of ProHelp, Bristol, and Honorary County Treasurer for St John Ambulance.

Rupert is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the United Kingdom.
